I live in Japan, and my wife is Japanese. She saw an interview with this gentleman during which he outlined his 4 secrets to a long life:

1) No drinking alcohol
2) No smoking
3) Drink milk everyday
4) Sleep by 8:00 pm and wake up at 5:00 am everyday

I personally am 3 for 4 on this list (yup, I'm a Mormon :-D ) but that schedule is just not happening...

At the end of the clip is says the cost of the TV (including shipping charges) totalled 3,200,000,000 yen, which is approximately 27 million USD.

A bit out of my budget at the moment :-)
