She missed out on a wonderful part of life by never experiencing true romance. Everybody that reaches 100 years old has their own thoughts on the reasons for their longevity, but never having been involved romantically has absolutely nothing to do with hers. It all comes down to genes. Lack of romance doesn't keep heart disease, cancer, alzheimers, kidney disease, diabetes, or any other illness or disease away from anyone. Living to 100 and beyond is pure chance. You can certainly die early from unhealthy choices but you won't get to 100 unless you've got the genes that will allow you to.

Hey Jill, tell my dad who fought in WWII that it's ancient history. These stories depict men who did what needed to be done at the time. Whether the conflict was right or wrong these soldiers were in a kill or be killed situation and they stepped up to save the lives of their fellow soldiers. War isn't pretty or neat but once the conflict is happening a soldier better do everything in their power to inflict casualties on the enemy because that is definitely what the enemy is trying to do.

Sorry SenorMysterioso but one definition of a story is: "a narration of the events in the life of a person". This qualifies.

I don't know how it is in England but here in California, even when you are not in the vehicle, if it's involved in an accident, it's held against you when you renew your driver's license. In my case I had to retake a written test instead of an automatic renewal after my parked work truck was hit on three seperate occasions over the course of two years. In all three incidents it was legally parked when inattentive drivers hit it. By the way, after those two years it hasn't been hit again in the last six years.

Maybe a little gross to most of us, not stupid at all (I think I'd rather eat testicle pizza than my grandfather's favorite breakfast of scrambled eggs and cow brain) and certainly a neat enough story for NEATORAMA.

The wife and I stay until the absolute end of the credits. What's the rush on leaving the theater anyway? Besides, if the movie theater is crowded it gets everyone out of the way.

"For a lot of our members, it’s really difficult to have them come out, either because of parking or something else," explains Vincente Garcia, a union representative who is supervising the picketing.

Is it any wonder a lot of people have a dislike for unions? If you are a union member, coming out is something you should be doing regardless of the inconvienience. I wouldn't want my union dues used to pay to a non union member because union members were to lazy to show up. Unions still have their place I just wish those in charge were smarter about some things.

It's a slippery slope people. Sure it's only rolling eyes and sighing now but where does it end? Next people will be shaking their heads in disgust or putting their hands on the sides of their heads with an exasperated expression. This city council needs to nip it in the bud. Nip it and nip it now or there'll be anarchy in Elmhurst.

How could Buzz be the first toy to walk on the moon? The last Apollo mission was in 1972.

Also, originally Paul Newman was going to voice Woody and Jim Carrey was going to voice Buzz Lightyear.
Chevy Chase and Bill Murray both turned down being the voice of Buzz Lightyear.
