I think this is more likely due to eating raw fish. I read a paper published in my country sometime ago about patients that ate raw fish dish ( sashimi, sushi)that was not prepared properly and they got worms that delveloped inside their faces. There was one photo showing a person that has worm live inside her eyelid and they need to operate her to get the worm out. I never eat any raw fish dish since then.

Well even though I feel sorry for her brain, at least I admire her confidence. She answered the question as if she knew what she was talking about
