I've always thought of the "Error: Divide by 0" message me calculator gives me as more of a philosophical statement than a mathematical one. Like "If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?" Going back to kindergarten, if there are seven apples, and no one is around to eat them, it doesn't matter how many there are. There could be millions, or one. So the answer to a divide by zero problem should be a variable. Am I making sense, or am I just rambling? I dunno, I'm not a math-y person...
