Due to poor maintenance the brake system failed. So the mill spun out of control. The authorities anticipated what was going to happen and set up a perimeter around the mill. And captured it on film to upload it on Youtube. :-)

Actually poor maintenance was the reason. But of course in the end it was the wind.
