There is probably a very simple and natural explanation for this. Probably a german WW1-zeppeliner slipping through a time hole or something like that.
Physiotherapists use parts of the human skeleton for studying. As far as i know you can buy replicas, but i think there is also a possibility to get bones from people who donated (or even sold?) their bones. So there probably is a legal market.
When i studied 10 years ago, there was a girl living across the hallway who studyed to become a physiotherapist. She had a human hand/ underarm lying on her desk. ;-)
Actually, none of you can remember it, because of the fracture in the space-time continuum caused by the LHC, but we used to have four nipples, and now we only have 2.

Interesting point, actually every little baby growing up is living after this motto. That is why we have to grab them as soon as they learn to crawl and heading for the stairs.
