I didnt know I had synthesia until they featured it on an ABC news program a few years ago. Mine involves the way my mind sees letters and numbers and those patterns of sequence. It was one of those situations where someone on the show was describing the same traits I had, and up until that time, I thought everyone saw letters and numbers the same way I did!
Would be interesting to see this done with people of various heights...maybe some little people and a basketball players. And where does one get a blank piece of paper that large?! That wouldve been a dream come as a child who loved to draw!
Anyone up on their old silent movie actresses? I thought the last woman looked a lot like Mae Murray, but wasn't sure. Hopefully, I am not the only one left out there who knows who Mae Murray was!
@Dorkafork--let's give credit where it is due. Not only were many of the extras displaced, but so were many of the supporting actors: S.Z. Sakall (who played "Carl") was away from his native Hungary because of the Nazi occupation and lost 3 of his sisters in concentration camps.
I saw an exhibition about this at the Museum of Sex in NYC (not as titillating as one might think it is!)and they even had an amputated leg with bound feet on display! Yikes!
But, I recall learning that the Golden Lotus and the inability to walk normally caused these women to build very strong inner thigh muscles (instead of the calves) and it was suggested that this also strengthened the muscles of their vaginas, making sex more pleasurable for their partners. Interesting stuff!
Yeah, am just glad that this guy does not live near my friends (I hope)who have a lake in their backyard. They were treated to a female turtle that came close to their house and laid eggs in the ground. This guy would probably be trying to put the hatchlings back in their shells!
I wouldve like to have seen the after effects of the hail. Since I had to look at that decorative shrub in the foreground, I kept wondering if it survived or not.
Pretty cool...have heard that the line "Let's get out of here" is the most commonly uttered phrase in moviedom--someone should make a loop reel of that line!
And since when are you trying to muscle in on Everythingisterrible.com's game?! I had to double check the URL!
Check out Alison Jiear's "I Just Wanna F*ckin' Dance" on YouTube for something just as brilliant!
