I don't see how Minelli could win a libel case here, first off "douchebag" is just a vulgar insult, not an accusation. For Minelli to win a libel case, he has to prove he is not a douchebag, and that the author knowingly falsified the accusation.
He has no case, he spikes his hair up, and pops his collar, so by many definitions, he is a douchebag. Also, you can't prove you are or are not a douchebag. This is why it's legal to call someone a mother-f'er or an assh-le, but not legal to call someone a rapist or a murderer (if you know it not to be true).

I also think he should win, even though most people assume these sites are scams in the first place, it's still a sick and dishonest way to advertise, dating sites do the same thing, they say "sign up for free!" Then they keep telling you "User blondebabe69 has sent you a message, join gold to read" etc. etc.
Of course once you send the money you find out none of those users exist...
I wouldn't ever fall for such scams, but they should still be prosecuted, (as well as "free" ringtones that cost $20/month).

While I disagree that Hiroshima or Nagasaki "deserved" it, I do think it's true that many more lives would have been lost, on both sides, if the US had opted for a land invasion instead of the Atom bomb.

This guy is ridiculous for going behind his wife's back, but the whole "politics in childbirth" thing is certainly not new, I can't tell you how many Jimmy Carters and Ronald Reagans I've met. Also an Augustus Caesar, but I'd kill for a name like that ;)

eh? On the ones in the link I thought they looked mostly the same, but in the one shown here, I think she looks MUCH better in the after picture. Not sure what everyone saying she looked better in the before are talking about...
