I miss PoFolks in Florida. My folks took me there and I enjoyed it (there's a Sweet Tomatoes there now). I was in Kamakura (Ofuna Station) when Kenny Rogers Roasters opened in the mid 1990s. I remember seeing the staff's confusion when I ordered. I visited a couple of times and thought it was passable, but nothing special.

That wasn't the first time I'd seen the mistake. In Funabashi, I spotted a group of kids in leather jackets bearing the Thrush Mufflers mascot along with the words, "The Wild Peckers." I had a hard time not laughing, since these guys thought they were pretty tough!
