I really doubt if she really thought they were real berries. She was just out to make $ hoping the cereal company would settle out of court rather than fight her on it.
Unfournately our Judicial system does have this tiny flaw.Anyone can sue anyone anbout anything. All you have to do is file the papers.
But most of the time it works, but only when the Judges have some common sense.

I loved it. I think they would have all been fooled if she hadn't done the strip on the dance floor. Seems like everyone believed her until that point.

One time when I was at a strip club and ran into a dancer that I used to go to school with. It was definitely a surprise but hey they can make a really good living at it. And most strippers are not sluts. They just dance no, sex allowed.

I commend these 2 for their work. They are doing the best that they can with what they have available.

Yes they should have been planning ahead and trying to get a 501c Non-profit group ID. But getting the 501c and/or Grant money is not as easy as they make it sound on TV and radio commercials.
There are people who actually make a living by preparing the paperwork for these grants. Maybe someone in the area that does this type of thing can help them with the paperwork, but they need help NOW years from now. And it takes a year minimum to get a the paper work done and through the proper channels these days.
All non-profits are hurting these days. When the economy sucks people have no $ to donate. They need to see if they can get the local TV & Radio networks to allow them to make a Public Plea for help. Even if they don't get $ they may get volunteers and other donations.

I love visiting abandoned sites. But most of the ones I get into aren't nearly as interesting as these are.
Its a shame that someone doesn't buy some of the churches, villas and castles and refurbish them. Some look like they aren't to far gone to be repaired.

I assume its against the rules for them to dive UNDER the big roll. If not they need to position themselves near the ramps that way when the big roll comes down they can dive under it.
