i'm kind of baffled... no p.k dick novels in there? 'the man in the high castle'? 'now wait for last year'? or 'crash' by j.g. ballard? or ehm... 'beelzebub's tales to his grandson'? by gurdijeff, which is kind of a philosophical work and quite a heavy read, but still... and ofcourse, a bunch of stories by h.p. lovecraft are scifi as well, though it's always affiliated with the horror genre ('at the mountains of madness' is but one example) lovecraft and dick shouldn't be mentioned in someone else's article, they should get their own place for pete's sake :D
