Amazing how "England" gets all the credit for the industrial revolution when many of the technological advances that made it possible were invented in Scotland, by Scots. Not to mention the contribution of the Welsh and the Irish. But let's not allow history to get in the way of the usual England-centric, revisionist clap-trap.
