No way it's Lincoln. Pictures needed long exposures back then; people braced themselves against firm objects so they wouldn't appear blurry. A Lincoln photo is rare because the guy had precious little time to be sitting around in front of a camera, and when he did he made it count by being close enough to recognize. At best, this is a stand-in posing as Lincoln for the building shot.
The first time I "saw" transparent aluminum, it was a plot point in "Star Trek IV - The Voyage Home" - the one with the whales.
