We made alien costumes one year with tubing running up from the fingers to behind our masks, so we didn't need to take our masks off to drink, just stick our hand in the glass.

The fun part was nobody knew who we were until hours into the party. ;^)

I used to do curls and presses with my kids when they were little. Gave me a workout, and amused them no end.

Something similar could be good for people who have limited muscle strength if it magnified their motions, allowing them to take walks and actually get somewhere.

Um, "important" to whom?

I read different blogs on different days, depending on what's happening in the world. Some days economics is important, some days politics is, some days it's fun stuff like Neatorama, some days it's catching up with my blog friends.

Important is a very loaded term.

It seems that harassing people for doing good work is now the order of the day for those that think of homeless people as "Other".
