Lobsters are insects, well, anthropods.

snicklefritzz, you have one too many zeds at the end of your name. Do you not know how to spell?
So, they call it celiacs, BFD. It's a nickname. It's also a way to tell if someone else is a member of the (sufferer's) club.
I don't have celiac disease, but I am gluten intolerant. Asian and Mexican restaurants are great. Risotto is my order of choice at Italian restaurants. You do have to be careful, but it really only becomes a problem in small towns and rural areas with minimal restaurant choices.

I don't know if it's still true, but in Japan the top executive does not make more than seven times the lowest wage to an employee.
These executives are scum, sucking every last dime for their personal benefit from what was once a cash cow, but now is a starving, broken-down, over the hill nag. Bonuses used to be paid based on performance; these guys should be paying the companies to keep them employed.

How are they going to know if you carpool unofficially? If you give the number of your buddy to your friend, who agree to ride together, they stop for gas and the passenger pays for gas instead of the driver, who would know?
This is a law that's begging to be rewritten. To an extent, I can understand the bus companies not wanting competition from an outside company, but to completely outlaw casual carpooling is ridiculous.

I agree with astrodex: I definitely prefer the look of the Chrysler Building.
It's sad that Chrysler may now become part of GM.

ted, you're sucking all the oxygen out of the room.
I just received a catalog from them for the first time, which has me wondering what company sold them my information.
It is the most entertaining, WTF catalog I have ever received.

Wow! The only thing I ever built with sugar cubes was a model of a California mission for fourth grade.

Yeah, hated the ending. I'm so sick of political ads. I knew how I would be voting months ago, not based on ads but on research. Still researching all the propositions that will be up for vote. Yes, I actually read voter booklets and articles and editorials.

There were a lot of good movies on that list. Low budget films can have excellent, intelligent scripts. Seriously, watch Primer or Cube.

I know so many people who are desperately looking for regular jobs, who can't even get temporary work. These people are skilled, some have degrees, but it doesn't matter.
The people in this article threw money around. The Monds obviously felt some need to impress everyone with their money. The Alvarezs obviously have no clue as to what is a necessity and what isn't. Instead of focusing on the essentials (place to live, food, children's needs), they whine about the luxuries they don't have anymore, and the inability to just buy whatever they want.
Bummer. Welcome to the real world. Sucks, doesn't it.

During the Middle Ages, Pagans seem to have had much better bathing and cleaning habits than Christians.

Pol x: That is so frikkin' typical. I've been dealing with doctors for 14 years now trying to get something done for my back. Finally got a referral to a surgeon, after seeing my GP, a neurologist and a physical medicine doctor, and he was a complete ass. Oh, and he was short and ugly.
