Sounds like a big fake for me..

Over 500 guests for a wedding party is something humongous, also for some "particular" italian standard..

Then, if you look the profiles of the bride and the groom you will notice they are newbies on facebook, with no photos, very few friends and comments and...look! Both are students in Communication Disciplines!!
