Oh shush, all of you nay-sayers!
If you want to be "conscientious consumers" go to to CostCo (or Walmart or Pennywise or wherever it is you can go to complain and whine ad naseum). It's a MYSTERY SALE!!
I have missed all of them (but this one) and am excited at whatever comes my way. $9.95 be damned! It's for a good cause - an excellent blog with brilliant content and my daily ritual. If I get straws I shall drink with a little more zeal. If I get a belt-buckle, then let the hoe-down begin! I shall wear it as a badge of honor! (Especially if it says "Neatorama"!)
So I say to you, my fellow Neatorama-blog-o-nauts, sale on! (Mystery Sale) Sale on.

It is, in fact, a vendor's caddy for cotton candy at a fair or perhaps a sporting event.

That's awesome!! Remember when Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson/ the Fonz/ Cousin Larry/ Laverne and Shirley/ Alf/ Blossom did that? Yeah. Not having to worry about paying your bills every day gives you tons of freedom. I know another guy who did that. He lives in a box behind my apartment building. Tells me all the time about the time he.....
Part of doing it, JA, is not telling everyone else. It isn't about telling others about how great you are (or were) It's about doing it and letting them decide.

That was me. I was bored while pushing that stupid mower, which reminded me of how bored I got when I had to ride all the way home from school on my bike.

I call BS! Totally PS'd. Who would create a work area like that?! No safety gear? In a "lab!?" No way. If it is real, I'd set up a video camera to catch the look on that guy's face when that car reaches 180 mph then launches out the opposite wall.
It looks like something Ricky Bobby dreamed up.

Jay - As stated many times... it's a Mystery Sale! You knew that going in and now you're upset.
Take responsibility for your own actions. You knew there was a chance you were going to get the "Monty Hall Deal." If you didn't like it, learn from that and move on. Don't re-hash it again and again. Don't buy the mystery sale again.
And it's not a holier-than-thou attitude. I'm just tired of hearing people blaming others for their own ineptitude. And I'm quite sure I'm not alone in that sentiment. I say good day, Sir!
