The most interesting thing about this post is how incredibly defensive gun advocates are regarding an article that doesn't make much editorializing about gun violence. Nothing about gun grabbing at all.
Before you all start wetting your pants, I'm a gun owner and enthusiast. At the same time, I have no problem seeing statistics on gun violence in the US, and no problem with the article.
Why not twenty times the national average? Like I said already, a fair comparison would be comparing his energy consumption with a house of the same size. NOT with the national average.
Doesn't seem unusual that a "20-room home and pool house" would use more energy than the average American home. This is a bit like saying Gore's campaign bus used 20 times more fuel than the average American car. Well, duh.
Wouldn't it be more helpful to compare Gore's house with similar 20 room mansions?
What the hell is wrong with people? This guy is the fattest and sadest person that I think I have ever seen. Nothing can help him now - he'll be dead within six months.

How does one get a religion recognized? And recognized by whom? The Govt.? Is there a Ministry of Officially Recognized Religions?
Wouldn't it be more helpful to compare Gore's house with similar 20 room mansions?
