There is a Powergirl comic with an alien monster that is like this. The first time she fights it, it's fairly smart and tricky. Every time she beats it, usually by ripping or punching bits off, the bits regrow to another full monster. But it has shared monster intelligence which gets spread thinner and thinner. Each monster is stupider and stupider. Once she realizes this she breaks them all apart into thousands of pieces and turns them into really ugly livestock.
Alabama does not make more money than the entire NHL. They make more money than any single team in the NHL. Most NHL teams seem to have revenues in the $90-100 million range.
"Although chickens outnumber humans almost 3 to 1, it’s cattle that tip the scales against us."
Well chickens don't appear on the chart because they're not mammals. Likewise, if the chart included insects it would probably look very different.
It's not really surprising that domesticated animals and humans dominate the chart. Part of the reason we have so much livestock is that we've spent a lot of time and effort figuring out how to raise them more efficiently than in the wild.
The chili at Wendy's and the chicken salad at Chick-fil-a often come up on these lists. They're both products used to sell old stock that didn't sell, either yesterdays burgers or chicken patties.
Yeah, as a parent my every instinct is to protect my son from horrible stuff other people, even well meaning ones, might say about him. In making this photo series, the mother had to do exactly the opposite. Can't say I can really support that.
Football players are currently trained to use their helmets as weapons. This is largely because of the hard outer shell. I've heard several people advocate to going back to a softer helmet so that won't be possible.
It'd be nice if some of the other football teams did something more like championship collegiate cheerleading only at a professional level. The DCC's are basically just a dance team. They can't do the really gymnastic stuff like aerials. I caught parts of an episode of their reality show where they tried to learn and it was scary. I thought someone was going to get hurt.
