Well one thing's for sure...If The Donald becomes our 45th president, we will have the all-time HOTTEST First Lady in history...taking the crown away from Jackie Kennedy although Mary Todd Lincoln was a fox. Great article Eddie.
I believe the great Harry Houdini was also fired. He worked for a company that made safes and was fired after purposely locking himself inside one to see if he could escape. The owners panicked when they saw him do it and blew the safe open. Houdini swore he would have been able to get out of it before running out of air. He probably could have. Great article Eddie. By the way, I heard Hader tell that story on Howard Stern.
Wow...I'm assuming Kitty Carlisle is the same Kitty Carlisle from her To Tell The Truth fame. She was hot...what happened? And I LOVE how the brothers made Thalberg pay for being late. That's quintessential Marx Brothers right there, especially the being naked and roasting potatoes over a fire inside his office. AWESOME!
When I was just a toddler back in the 60's, I had a toy grandfather clock that played that song. Never knew the lyrics before though. Very cool article Eddie!
Never been a coffee drinker so I haven't had the pleasure but dunking in milk...now there's a treat! I swear...you come up with the greatest subjects Eddie!
HOTTEST kiss: Sarah Michelle Gellar & Selma Blair in Cruel Intentions...oh that little string of saliva at the end...
The kiss you most definitely DO NOT want: Al Pacino as Michael Corleone kisses his brother Fredo (John Cazale) after learning that Fredo betrayed him and tried to have him killed telling him "I know it was you Fredo. You broke my heart...you broke my heart!!"
I'm assuming Royetta Hobbs was a take on Robert Redford's character Roy Hobbs from the film The Natural. That's funny!! It was Hobbs who hit the homerun in the movie that won the game.
Any movie that a true actor such as Jerry Lewis puts his heart and soul (and bank account) into has to be looked at as a classic. It was a very risky subject but something tells me it's not as bad as it's being made out to be and Jerry pulled it off. I hope to see it someday. Great piece Eddie!
