After reading my post I thought I should clarify. The cat was female and they had her spayed. I had to shoot the cat, not the neighbors.

My neighbors did that to one of my most prolific barn cats. After that, she got so mean I had to shoot her.

In Michigan you can buy locally grown weed in every town. There are stores on every street. All you need is a back ache or something. This has to be making a dent in the amount coming in from Mexico.
