I like it in the movies when they chamber a round into their guns about 4 times before shooting it. Also, how they can hear each other talking in low voices after shooting their guns about 50 times with no ear protection.
"The entire state and federal government is funded entirely by other people's money... your tax dollar."
That would be better than the truth. The truth is money is being borrowed by the billions. If they only had our taxes they would have to make some big spending cuts.
I don't believe it. I've never met anyone who panicked, never met anyone who met anyone who panicked, and never heard of anyone who met anyone who met anyone who panicked, and have never seen more than 2 photos of all the people who supposedly panicked.
to taliesyn30: You sir, are a turd in the punchbowl.
And yes, I have dealt with attempted robbery. I've been stabbed, I have had someone try to light me on fire with gas, and I have been assaulted. I have had at least 6 friends murdered, and know at least 5 women who have been raped from age 6 to 26. I have several friends who have been stabbed, shot, and beaten.
"Really B.M., It’s nothing about what WE would do or not do. Maybe your fat ass dorito munching ass needs to turn of Law and Order and develop some social skills"
That doesn't even make sense, maybe you should develop some writing skills.
"To all of those claiming that they would have killed the convicted murderer: morally, he is right, and you are wrong."
To all of those claiming that they would have killed the convicted murderer: You are a bunch of T.V. watching, fat ass, dreamers. You would have just kept watching T.V. and kept getting fatter, and kept dreaming about your action hero fantasy heroics. This guy didn't spend a lot of time sitting around his computer dreaming about what he would have done. Most people would, more than likely, just hire a lawyer and try to make a few bucks off of the tragedy.
I don't see how it's going to help. If a burglar finds it, what's to keep him or her from breaking the lock later. You could hollow out any book from a thrift shop for 50 cents.
If these Mexican speed bumps are anything like Mexican cops, you will have the option of slipping them a few pesos to just stay down no matter how fast you are driving.
My kids and I met the real "Rosie the Riveter". She was in a car waiting to get into a parade for the one hundredth anniversary of the Oldsmobile, in Lansing Michigan.
We saw the sign on the car and figured "why not go talk with her" as she was just waiting there.
She told us that when she posed for that famous poster, she was just 17 years old, and was a model, working for a modeling agency, and had never worked as a riveter.
Those who can't, teach
Those who can't teach, govern
Those who can't govern, police
This is another good argument for homeschooling. Schools are mostly here to get your kids ready to live in a police state governed by fools.

It's as phony as 9/11

I still think this article is neat.

This was sometime around 1997 or 1998.
