I don't care if the kid had been properly instructed -- an 8 year old doesn't need to have his hands on a death-spraying object. It's a KID -- I've heard that these "kids" are known to have a higher rate of mistakes than "adults", but I suppose that might just be a rumor.

This isn't fake. It looks like the kid is on a form of steroids, and making a broad guess based upon his hair, perhaps it is a treatment associated with cancer. Unfortunately, I have seen this repeatedly first hand.

Personally, I agree with their ruling and it's nice to see this currently government take at least one step in the direction of individual rights. While I, too, happen to work in the health care system, I think there are quite a few more items higher up on the list of Things Tragically Killing Americans.
