It's just someone walking in front of the studio lights. Sheesh you can even see the shadow reaching all the way down the wood- 3/4 of the way down the hallway.

Lights like that are effectively point light sources so any shadow they cast will be very defined.

1) She should have known better.
2) Her boss should have known better.
3) The entire chain's safety programs should be reviewed.
4) OSHA had better be involved with this- a safety fine ought to be levied
5) An outside auditor should be appointed to ensure that they follow the new safety training courses

Actually, they can't stop it from triggering. One of the problems with the system is that it can be triggered on wet woods- or any time the high frequency signal has been 'absorbed' or grounded from the blade.
