Don't overthink the issue. It's as simple as day and night. People are most vulnerable in the dark, while they sleep. Anyone bringing race into the argument ignores the fact that this dichotomy existed long before the races intermixed.
I think it's great that millions who can't read or speak English are driving on America's roads. Perhaps they should provide road signs in the top 50 languages.
The least civil are now rewarded and admired. It's called the ghetto-ization of culture. Adults have yielded to children, and until they say "Absolutely no!" and mean it, it will only get worse. (It doesn't help that children learn manners anonymously on the Web.)
Those capable of creating graphic art, do. Those who can't, try to shock.
