Is this actual glass? Some of those cuts look impossible with conventional glass cutting. It could probably be done in real glass shaped with a grinder, but maybe it's paint and texture media on plexiglass or made in Photoshop, GIMP, or stained glass CAD software.

I put screens on all my winders and that keeps the flies out purty good.

If I get fruit flies coming in on produce I'll put a drop of dish detergent in a small dish of cider vinegar or wine vinegar.

I doubt you would need an inch of detergent as mentioned above. A few drops would be perfectly adequate to lower the surface tension of the water.

If flinching a sign of contentment? It's hard to tell what is really going on with the tail because the repetition of the animated gif would make moving the tail once look like wagging.

If I had a dog I would try to avoid doing things that made him flinch.

Cell phone reception seems hypothetically possible in low earth orbit given that many cell phone towers are likely to be within the line of sight.
