Well I work at KFC and yes the original chicken is pressure cooked and it takes like twenty minutes to cook. Our crispy goes into the deep friar and we use a separate flour for the crispy apart from the original. as for the grilled it's a complete different seasoning from the crispy and the original. The grilled goes on a grilled rack with another grilled rack on top into an oven. It looks and taste like grilled chicken but technically it's baked. but still... chicken is chicken.
