I'd buy it, avoiding the cost of a car, and then I'd pay a good high school or college art student to jazz up the sides. That's not an eyesore, that's a blank slate begging for cool artwork.
Praise them for hard work, dedication, perseverance and trying something new or creative--who'da thunk? However, this goes hand in hand with not valuing finding the right answer and only the right answer. (Granted, I'm an English teacher, not a math teacher.) A little less testing, a little more emphasis on projects and creative thought and troubleshooting would be ideal.
A nice intro to Tintin, since I've barely seen or heard of it until now. Weird considering how hugely popular the comic seems to be everywhere but the US. Also...while I had the same groan moment at the right wing thing, I don't think we needed the godwinism there.
Cyclists are their own worst enemies. The road's shoulder is narrow and one small mistake means injury or death. It's like having a pedestrian in the middle of the road thinking he can compete with my car. Right or wrong, but I give them as much room as a motorcycle because I'm terrified that their screw up will mean I hit them.
Maybe emotional involvement. I know I'm wrung out after some of the more story-based games. Plus you really feel like you're accomplishing something as you save the world and defeat the bad guy. I wonder if I eat as much while reading a novel as I do while gaming.
A little tempting for the contact reason above. I think I'd rather wait and see if they find a way to change pigments just as quickly, so I could get my eyes colored whenever I felt like it. Reminds me of Wizard of Oz.
