I'm kidding, of course. But the Oak Island "reality" show is loaded with theories linking most of those to their island. Well, up until the "Al Capone" part, anyway.
Still not sure what happened to my term paper. Bermuda triangle? Dog ate it?
This wasn't about the white coal miners "not getting rich". This was survival 101. This was taking food out of your family's mouths. Where in this hack piece is listed that the union tried striking several times? Where is the part that after the 1884 strike, Union Pacific said to hire only Chinese? Where is the mention that the Chinese had no intention of assimilation, but literally came over to attain a lifetime's wealth and take it back to the homeland?
Clearly mobs are dangerous (see also: modern events), but to frame it as greedy whites and only a white problem does us a huge disservice. I mean, for God's sake look at the other comments. It was a ruthless world; not some sort philosophical war.
The Holy Grail was taken by the Crusaders to Oak Island. FACT. Also the French crown jewels, Ark of the Covenant, the Golden Menorah, pirate treasure, Al Capone's tomb, my lost high school term paper, and Jimmy Hoffa's body.
That fake computer shot of Escape from New York is cool! Since ParaNorman was mentioned, I'd add Shaun the Sheep movie's set. It all had to be built for the stop-action flick.
Here's the fan-suggested Unified Pixar Theory: http://www.neatorama.com/2013/07/13/The-Pixar-Theory/ Disney should pay him for the imaginative marketing idea, because it's pretty unlikely many of these were anything more than Easter eggs. Fun idea, though.
