Good vid. Perhaps the truck reverse was to attempt to release the cub from the net. I would have done exactly the same as the person reacted. It seems, being Canadian and living with bears, you have to assert a sort of dominance when you interact with them. The horn honk. I think perhaps that bear will try to avoid his house in the future, and not just from the netting.

It is strange though, if you watch both videos, the cop does different things in each video. Like in the "in-car" video, he clearly tries the car door before the occupants open it for him. In the first video he just opens the door and jumps in.

Wow, that was very.. neat! Right on the target too. I really liked the spins he was pulling for effect. Boy, no other country has sporting events like your American football - like how many people where there? A million? I especially liked when the sound of the crowd started to be heard on the camera.

I think that "president" was Kevin Kline in the movie Dave. He was visiting a factory in Japan and made that joke. Thanks for the reminder though, that was a very funny scene.
