In an environment where people are unduly punished and pressured to behave according to a set of dated ideals, it's good to know that one person seems to have not been entirely pulverized under the boot of the overzealous American prison society.
I have to agree with dev. This is an inflammatory title for a non-issue. Accidents happen. Sometimes people are at fault, sometimes my pet monster is at fault.

Having lived in the US as well as Canada, I will put forth my opinion and just say that I'd never go back to the US, even if I had no foreseeable reason to require medical care.
Not only has the care in the US been more expensive in every case in my experience, the quality of care and treatment is far superior in Canada.
This is a great example of an institution no longer focused on learning, but on athletics and the business side of education: making money.
The library, new rec-centres etc.. are paid for by the ever-rising student tuition and activity fees as well, don't think that football and basketball make things easier for students, it doesn't.
Really, who cares if the school is focused on sports or actual education? if you do your research you can avoid schools like OSU and get a more comprehensive education at a school focused on learning.
