If you don't know who did it, the signs don't really seem passive aggressive, but the quickest way to get your point across to a group of people, one of whom is the perp. The ones that say I know who you are... now those are passive. Just talk to the person. Why make a public note about it?
Doesn't really seem fair to make people advertise your product without reimbursement. On the flip side, you don't necessarily want your product advertised on everyone that wears short shorts.
Also, The way these things are free usually, is if the store is already running a special that doesn't involve a coupon and then you combine a manufacturer's coupon on top of that. The point of the article was the action and result, so the method wasn't really explained, but I think it helps make any discussion on the ethics of it less argueable.
At a couple grocery stores in my area there are double coupon days. If you're an at home mother/father, I think this is a great way to help build household savings. You may not be bringing money in, but you are preventing money that would have otherwise been spent stay in the bank. There are websites run by people like this to help others who don't have the time to scour the dailies. On average I save 50% based on the help of these websites. I think I only save that little because I don't buy things I don't need.
Meh. They're goofy. Not Rockin'... My family is a pretty active crowd. Dancing isn't a big deal for us I guess? I just don't get why they're that great.
Flawless?... Um- It can understand not wanting to troll on the old people, but that was awful. Best case scenerio this is a wedding reception and they're being goofy on purpose. Still lame- but in an adorable old people way.
Was the ghost chili that last hottest pepper? I could eat that without too much issue. It was hot for sure, but I didn't cough up blood or anything. There are tribes in Africa that use really hot chilis like the ghost chili to ward off large animals. Of course- that could just be hearsay.
In my home we would shoot for having the holiday meal ready around 1 or 2pm, but we would usually not be ready to call people to dinner until 4-5pm. No worries, though, since there were always snacks available if people thought they couldn't make it until the table was finished. We probably talk a bit too much in comparison to actual work- but that's what makes it fun.
