HA! i was really excited to read this article. i have a bengal cat myself and she is definitely a "water baby". she sleeps in sinks, she jumps in bathtubs, she plays in toilets, she drinks out of leaky faucets... if we had something for her to swim in she would be the first one in! funny to see that it is common behavior for that breed! i never knew.
i watched a making-of documentary of the shining that was included on the dvd and the film was, in fact, filmed on location. why does this and imdb state that interior shots were filmed in maine or england??? anyone know where it was REALLY filmed?
i've had a cat now for about 15 years who's completely white and has one blue eye and one green eye. he's not deaf at all but maybe that green eye helped out with that! i also have a ragdoll breed cat with bright blue eyes. they're the best cats ever! go odd-eyed cats!
Wow, Neatorama sure has a lot of Negative Nancy readers! I think this is amazing. How do any of you know that "the rest of her is real" or that they took an actress and animated over her? Why can't we just look at this and think, how cool! i remember when i first saw Toy Story or Shrek or some landmark CGI film and telling my parents that one day we won't need actors anymore. Looks like we're getting closer!
Apparently, I am a freak for having never read A Wrinkle in Time in my youth. I wasn't aware that this book was required reading in order to exist as a normal human being!
i tried this out and then immediately turned the light on and looked in the mirror to see the difference in pupil size and it was pretty intense! the left eye was significantly smaller than the right eye. just thought it would be fun to see, though i must admit i am easily amused...
Wow, so much for EVER having an appetite again. This freaks me out! I remember seeing a special on TV about flesh-eating bacteria and this disgusts me just about as much. I can't believe there are things out there like this. I hope I never experience them first hand!
at least his horse kept moving! haha
