I don't think you can use Jeremy Clarkson as an authority on anything American. He admits that he hates everyone. Not to mention that Top Gear is a COMEDY.
As soon as I finished shooting people my computer crapped out, so I didn't get my score. BTW, why do you get more points for shooting the correct person, and less points for *not* shooting the correct person. The values of the people at U of C scare me.
I actually think it's clever. Girls feel unsafe, customers a little frisky. Give them any easy out, a way to say "Sorry, I'd really like to, but I can't." It's cheap, too!
The ones that really, really get to me are the people who use their kids as added incentive to give. We had a guy that sat each weekend in an abandoned lot across from McDonald's and begged for food for his kids. So, of course, I went over and bought a bag of hamburgers and some drinks, and took it to him. The kids take it, and go back to him, saying "No money, just more food." Then they threw it out. What a great thing to teach your children.
Next they will be improvising nets and fishing poles. As long as we also teach them to drink beer when they fish, we should have nothing to fear from them.
