I'll second Betrayal at House on the Hill. That game is amazingly fun especially because the second half of the game is always completely different.

Definitely more 1970's influenced, including Leone, than Tarantino. (Tarantino is great fun, but highly derivative.)

And even if it had been based on grindhouse films, the idea that the 1960's and 1970's grindhouse movement was somehow invented by Tarantino (with a time machine, I suppose) is silly. Poster needs a better DVD collection, or at least to watch some films more than 10 years old.

All that said, I really enjoyed this short film. Good find!
