I was on Railay beach in Thailand earlier this summer and watched people trying to set these things off in the ocean wind. Hilarious. A popular bar almost caught fire as the fiery plastic/paper contraption flew along the ground and NOT into the air as intended.

Still... The successful mass release of these in low winds is indeed beautiful.

I'd say this is completely justified seeing as the man is was already convicted in a court of law. The man may have committed a crime, but I think he is prepared to pay any penalty for it as long as the murderer is forced to pay his penalties.

If it was me I may have used the Dexter, "plastic wrap and bone saw," technique, so I think the scum bag murderer could be considered lucky that the man just wanted to bring him to justice rather than bring justice to him.

That was fantastic. The predictable crowd of trolls just makes this wedding party all the more inspiring. They know how silly they look. They know people will make fun of it. They do it anyway because they wanted to and don't care what any of us think. Awesome.
