Patrick Sebastien isn't the performer (gutarist here) this was shown the first time a few years back in France. That TV show was hosted by Patrick Sebastien, a popular TV host. I unfortunately don't know who the performers are.

When justice is deaf, it is time for drastic measures. I am amazed that I had never heard of this before (living on ye olde continent). While this story is very sad, it is the proof that it can sometimes take only one person to act and deliver a clear message. In that case in a really theatrical way but stunning!
