I'd say intriguing and fascinating, but what you don't see in these pictures, is the tromping and stomping of loud noisy tourists taking pictures and droning on to one another about. (there's a video, watch it).

Its hardly a ghost town anymore. Any self respecting ghost probably left long ago, right around the same time as the souvenir stand went in.

Purely as a sculpture = good/skilled etc

Oooh I liked the style and subject of this. pretty neat.

For some reason it reminded me of an old Aeon Flux (the cartoon)episode. In the episode a Deity arrives and can change things to be more transcendent (guess thats the word I'm thinking of). It changes a bird into a "enlightened" version (prettier, glowing etc), and a bullet into gems.

Etsy is pretty cool. I did all my christmas shopping there. Its kinda neat to think your money is going straight to the artist, instead of the exec at some large corporation.

I hate seeing animals abused/mistreated etc. Sure, who dosn't.
However, KFC chickens are going to be food. They are born to be food, raised to be food, and bred for more food. I don't care how they feel about being cramped together, so long as they're clean, disease free and full of flavor. :P
