Bullet Man's insignia and helmet looks suspiciously like those of the superhero "Bullet" from the PC video game "Freedom Force" and its sequel.

Oddly enough, the English verb "to fard" means "to apply make-up." I believe there was some sort of joke to that effect, where you start saying how you could spot people farding in their cars on the way to work. "How could you tell?" "It was pretty obvious by how their faces changed."

I know what it means: the most awesome Kingdom Hearts sequel EVAH!
