Earlier this year I caught a Twilight Zone marathon and I was, once again, surprised at how well it's held up as entertaining sci-fi over the years. Much better than my mom's childhood favorite (The Outer Limits) and I think better than my childhood fav ( Tales from the Darkside).

Parts of this are genuinely funny. Unfortunately, I think diamonds are gross wastes of money and life. My fellow would've been better off giving me the thighmaster than diamonds.
For the last few months, my boyfriend and I have been waiting for the opening ceremony. We figured China was going to go all out. We were not disappointed. Best. Opening. Ceremony. Ever.
We had horrible carpets at every movie theater I managed. I was told it was to hide stains and, though never properly explained to me, to keep customers moving. One boss claimed that people tend not to loiter over a busy print.
