the issue at hand is whether or not the woman uses it for the right cause, under the cirumstances going to hospital with a "rapex" definetly leads the doctor to beleive the patient has commited a act of rape. but who's to say the woman isnt trying to get back at her partner for something? also do you really think a woman is goin to go around wearing a rubber glove in her? or is she only goin to wear it on the days she is going to be raped??? i mean honestly i think it is very impractical.
