Yes, a study hall. I bet all of these kids are typing papers, and looking up important academic info on library databases. Or just watching people on youtube fall off things and hurt themselves. Now, if it keeps kids from being jerks on the bus, it sounds good but if they are using school WiFi but their own laptops, what keeps them from looking up porn or neo nazi stuff or whatever on the school's dime?
