Sorry, but my personal experience... Shaving causes hair to grow back differently than it was before. I remember what the hair on my legs was like before I shaved it for the first time and it was definitely much nicer than what I've been stuck with ever since.

Don't let your daughters SHAVE their legs. Big no-no.
They'll regret it forever!
