I'm going to go out on a limb and say this scientist is a liberal atheist. Prediction, a conservative Christian scientist will find conflicting results.

But it stands to reason that in the process of evening out the flow, and keeping a reserve of water, would influence the natural flow of the river. Meaning that in certain times and seasons, the current flow would be lesser than the natural flow.

Lets hope it doesn't keep going to the dirty channels, when reading mens thoughts.

Ya know, I really have no idea. Looking at the picture there certainly are stretches, I'm just not sure what is in between them, or what the rules are on the road in those stretches.
