Haha this is old news that happened in my hometown. I think it was later reported that both policemen in the video lost their jobs over this, and they were generally mocked by the whole city and the neighbor cities too.

(This is also mainly one of the news' tv show's fault. You see, we have this TV Channel that has it's own news show and they always pick something to talk about every week, I suppose they must have run out of "shocking!" stories and digged far too much into this silly video.)

Well, for her to be granted a surgery she must have passed through several psychological tests first, identifying her as transgender, and as these test can be comprehended by people of every age, well, even little Jazz could have been tested. Well, Jordi, I will have to disagree with you.

Loteria can be won by filling up the whole board or a single ro, depending in the kind of game you're playing. There is also a kind of game where you have to fill blocks of 4 pictures and the like.

But the most traditional one I think it's the filling-a-row-of-pictures mode.

You also aren't supposed to yell "Bingo" when you win, you announce you've won by yelling "Buenas con..." and the name of the picture that made you win.
