In the Lisa's Wedding episode, she and Hugh go to a film festival of "40 Classic Films starring Jim Carrey." Looking at his IMDB profile, he is about half way there, depending on if you consider him starring or co-starring. It is 23 by my count. Keep it up Jim.

My first guess on the number was 852. It seemed like the more competitive answer.

I found some more of the "aliens" from comment 7. They probably moved when the pic was being taken. Or they are aliens, one of those has to be right. There is a guy next to (John Conyers?) right above O's head. If you look to the left of him to the little lady, above her is a guy who looks like he is looking at the camera in surprise. Like he knows the picture is being taken. And he looks like Sloth. Bush and Cheney look jealous. And why do they have really nice chairs and almost everyone else, including Papa Bush, have those uncomfortable folding chairs. Can you say Equality?
