Jeezus, is there any post no one finds offensive?

I doubt the authenticity of those dog transplants. That dog head looks so staged and fake, a truly headless dog I would think wouldn't lick its lips and act as alive as the one in the video. At most it might twitch here and there, not act as lifelike as the one in the video. Notice no actual shots of the head by itself, nothing conclusive that it is truly a dog head.

Same with the small dog on the big dog. It was probably 'attached' somehow to the upper body of the dog, a fully live and healthy dog by itself.

Both look fake to me. Even today a head transplant is technologically and medically on the level of trying to find a needle in a hay field. What makes anyone think they had the technology and know how back then to do this?

Man, you can pick hundreds of great moments from the Olympics, wonderful human interest story after story. Such is the fact that it's hard to quibble with the top 10 they picked as each of them are incredible Olympic moments.

How about Rafer Johnson and C.K. Yang's titanic battle in the Decathlon? Edwin Moses' last heroic stand, or even Carl Lewis' last swan song where he went out as he started, on top after a long time in the sport? That's just track and field. What about other sports, like Shun Fujimoto who scored a 9.7 on the gymnastic rings by nailing a perfect 8 foot landing with a broken knee, helping his team win the gold in Montreal?

I'll have to agree with xadrian, probably something the scientists and geeks will get excited about, but the rest of us nothing really spectacular. Probably some chemical component and the like.

Good gracious, the trolls sure do get riled up over religion don't they? Ridiculous baiting and bickering going on.

At any rate, how many here knew that the Greeks invented the almighty jock strap?

So I assume Greg and others feel the same about topics here about gun control, religion, other nation's religions/beliefs, etc. etc.? Those are definitely political, and I don't see people crying like a baby about leaving politics out when those subjects come around; quite contrary everyone LOVES to put in their two cents worth.

As always, hypocrisy and double standards rule. And again, for those whining and threatening not to come to neatorama anymore, please be true to your word instead of empty and hollow threats.

Ha ha, too bad the likes of seeya don't seem to understand that they ain't complaining about politics in neatorama as long as it doesn't affect their political beliefs or their favorite political candidates.

How many times must I repeat that the first ones to whine about leaving politics out of neatorama never complain about other political topics on here, like gun control, etc. etc.

And pretty please, I wish these people would truly carry out their empty threats of leaving neatorama. I bet they won't, hypocrites. Just don't let the door slam ya on the way out!

I hear you Adam. I love the Golden Gate Bridge, is always mentioned as one of the greatest bridges in the world. It's also a world cultural icon, I bet many people the world over recognize the Golden Gate Bridge. San Francisco is also truly a multi cultural city, where many races and cultures mix and integrate relatively well compared to other major metropolitan areas. Breath taking views, fine eats, what more could you want from a city. To smear an entire city or location based on what some people feel or say is utterly childish. Yea, as if every single city in America 100 percent loves George Bush and his "legacy."

Let the hypocrisy and double standards continue!

Here we go again, let's see the usual cry babies start whining again, no politics on Neatorama, whaaaaaa!!! Funny how they come up with this 'no politics on Neatorama' schtick only when it's a topic that's negative or ostensibly negative about their political beliefs or politicians.

Let the hypocrisy begin!

And by the way, I think this is a fitting tribute to Bush's "legacy."

In San Francisco some places are actually offering breakfast pizzas with egg and stuff on top. That's why I love pizzas, you can pretty much put anything on it, whether dessert style or regular pizza meal style.

How sweet, I guess it's all fine and dandy to insult politicians and people of certain political persuasion, so to speak, but the minute a subject is posted that may or may not put conservatives in a flattering light on neatorama, the whining starts. No politics on neatorama, left tards, blah blah blah. Funny these hypocrites don't seem to mind discussing heavy political issues on neatorama like gun control, immigration, etc.

Nothing but hypocrites through and through.
