That's not all. Before a big move three years ago I disposed of my remaining baking flours (wheat, corn, buckwheat, oat...) by sprinkling them on the lawn. Finely-ground rich organic material, with no need to compost...it turned right into soil nutrients with the next rain. Grass flourished, so rich and thick I wish I'd done it when I moved in.
