Seriously, I think the roo might have got the jump on him, as it were.

That sounds great. I'd love to do something like that.

That's pretty awesome, Dolly. I can't imagine they were terribly comfortable, but it's interesting to hear about vintage recycling. I'm not sure if that's the best way to put it... but I love reusing materials.

I'm personally obsessed with peeps. They're disgusting and adorable.
I have a plastic light up peep (my "rave" peep) that sits on my old CRT. Every time I turn the television off, the peep lights up. I've yet to discern exactly why.

Yes Rebecca.
Everyone should be totally serious at all times. Grey blouses and trousers for all! Throw the weirdos out of polite society!

Chronic wounds in the home?
Anyway, that's amazing. That guy deserves a medal.

It would have been easier in Illustrator, Richard. That's the point.

This seems familiar to me. I could have sworn I've seen these gel type ant farms before.

Makes sense.
At least we can't see male seahorses as somehow emasculated anymore.

Not that I'm complaining, but the mod-filter thing is pretty baffling. I don't know what about my previous comment could have tripped it.
Strange more than anything.

Lea, I have a friend whose family planted a wisteria by their house fourteen years ago and it hasn't once ever blossomed or spread.
I've always been a fan of them myself... I don't think I'll ever have one, though, not being the sort interested in having a garden.

I like trees.
I was pretty sad when my parents and I visited the redwoods in Northern California. They had one of those big sections of a tree where it shows you what happened in the world at the year the tree was so old with a little flag on one of its rings and I thought to myself, "Honestly, this would be cooler if they hadn't cut the tree down in the first place."
It could be why I never developed an appreciation for wood furniture.

Granted, I deal with this by never letting my cats out unsupervised, but I know a lot of people who lost beloved pets to winged death. I don't wish any ill will on owls, of course. They're just doing what they do (eliminating competition for those pesky field mice).
