2: Free speech means these people have the right to protest, Target being private property means they will likely be dispersed, or arrested, by the police. Free speech also allows Target, and any corporation, to have any opinion it wants. The only group we shouldn't hear an opinion from are our newspeople, though we all know how that turned out.
